A2Date prides itself on strong community participation in ensuring that members comply with our guidelines and terms of use. If you observe a fellow member violating our terms of use, or otherwise abusing the privileges of membership, please feel free to flag that profile or forum posting. Our staff will investigate the offending member. You may also fill out an Abuse Report form. But, it isn't necessary to do both.

How do I set a flag?
To set a flag, simply click the "Flag this Post" or "Flag this Profile" button, depending on your view. That's it. We'll get a notice that you flagged someone and then we'll investigate to see if the person violated our community guidelines and terms of use.

Who can I flag?
We ask you to only flag those people who are actually violating the community's guidelines and terms of use. If another member likes you and sends you one or two messages, but is not otherwise harassing you, please do not flag him/her. It's not fair to flag people just because youre not interested in them. Instead, simply ask them to stop messaging you.

What will happen if someone flags my profile/posting?
If we receive a complaint against your account, we will initiate an investigation and take action where we deem it necessary in our sole discretion. Corrective action may range anywhere from a warning to stop the behavior, to cancellation of your account without refund or credit.

Why Flag at all?
We ask for your diligence and help in flagging inappropriate content, profiles, and forum postings, in order to maintain the integrity of our community. It is not humanly possible to police the community 24/7. So we ask our members to do their part in keeping A2Date a fun place to frequent.
